Current Directors

As of December 7th 2007, the Board of Directors for the Father Richard Doheny Religious Education Fund consists of the following individuals:

• Warren Scott (four-year term)
• Dennis Reibold (four-year term)
• Walt Schaff (four-year term)
• Mel Rose (three-year term)
• Pat Castonguay (three-year term)

Terms And Election Of Directors

Only a member in good standing of the Knights of Columbus Fair Oaks Council 6066 shall be eligible to be elected and to continue to serve as a director of the corporation.

Each director shall hold office for a period of two (2) years, until December 31 of the calendar year corresponding to the completion of each director’s term, as specified in these Bylaws, and until his successor is appointed and qualifies, except that for the initial four-year period of the Board, three (3) directors shall hold office for a period of four (4) years - ending December 31, 2011 - and two (2) directors shall hold office for a period of three years - ending December 31, 2010.

The election of each director to this corporation shall be made by majority vote of the class of individuals consisting of the following:

(1) the thirteen elected officers of the Knights of Columbus Fair Oaks Council 6066, and;
(2) the Financial Secretary of the Knights of Columbus Fair Oaks Council 6066.

The initial election of the directors shall occur within thirty (30) calendar days of the adoption of these Bylaws. A person elected as a director shall hold office until the next election for the specific seat on the Board of Directors and a successor has been properly elected to fill the seat, or until his death, resignation, or removal from office.
